Gregory R. Flax

Greg has been a partner with the firm since July 2014. His primary practice areas include agricultural law, business litigation, estate planning, and probate. Greg is a lifelong resident of Clark County. He worked on his family’s farm before attending law school and remains involved in farming. Greg was an associate in the Columbus office of Baker & Hostetler from 2006 to 2011, and then launched a successful solo practice in Springfield. Greg and his wife, Holly, have three children. They enjoy participating in youth sports and raising cattle for the Clark County Fair.
