Jaden joined Martin Browne as an Associate in February 2024. Prior to joining Martin Browne, Jaden practiced real estate in Columbus and Dayton from 2019 to 2024. Jaden attended law school at the University of Dayton, and completed his M.B.A. and undergraduate studies at Cedarville University. Jaden was born and raised in Clark County, and has enjoyed returning to work in his hometown.

Jaden’s real estate practice includes: acquisitions and dispositions of commercial buildings; retail, office, and farm leasing; lot splits, subdivisions, and development; 1031 tax-deferred exchanges; title reviews and insurance; and other general real estate matters.

Jaden’s corporate practice includes: entity selection and formation; restructuring; operating and partnership agreements; acquisitions and dispositions of established businesses; and other general corporate matters.
