Bey to speak on Title Law in Ohio

Attorney Daniel L. 2018 Champaign County Farmer’s Gathering

Several attorneys from Martin Browne will speak on topics of interest to local farmers on Thursday, September 13th.  The free seminar, hosted by Security National Bank in partnership with the Champaign County Farm Bureau and Martin, Browne, Hull & Harper, P.L.L., will be held in the Champaign County Community Auditorium located at 1512 S. Bey to present on Ohio titles

Daniel L. MARTIN BROWNE, HULL & HARPER, PLL AND BANKERS’ TITLE AGENCY are pleased to announce the addition of Attorney Daniel L. Bey. Daniel joins MARTIN BROWNE’S real estate, corporate law, estate planning, and civil litigation groups, and BANKERS’ TITLE AGENCY.

Daniel graduated from Graham High School, obtained his undergraduate degree from Wittenberg University, and his law degree from Ohio Northern College of Law in 2011. While at Ohio Northern, Daniel served on the law review editorial board and graduated both magna cum laude and with his LL.M. in Democratic Governance and the Rule of Law. After law school, Daniel travelled to Kosovo on a U.S. Fulbright Scholarship in Law, where he implemented legal and economic reforms as part of USAID funded projects.

Daniel focuses primarily on real property and corporate transactional matters. He has represented hundreds of landowners in farm planning, easement and lease negotiations, and royalty disputes. He previously also served as part of the Ohio legal team for several multi-billion-dollar natural gas and petroleum pipeline infrastructure projects, taking part in civil litigation and overseeing real property matters.

In addition to his law license, Daniel is a licensed Title Insurance Agent with the State of Ohio and will be expanding Bankers’ Title Agency’s presence in our Urbana office. Daniel provides extensive experience in negotiating, insuring, and closing agricultural, residential, and commercial transactions.

Daniel is a native of Champaign County and resides with his wife, Janelle (Jess) Bey and their daughter, Evelyn, in his family home near Kiser Lake.
